摘要：

According to the econometric model, the paper analyzes the contribution differences among various financing modes, Come to conclusions: there is a significant positive correlation between financial allocation and the development of SMTEs in Jiangsu province. And then, there is an insignificant positive correlation between the loan of financial institutions and the development of SMTEs in Jiangsu province. The results of the tests are irreconcilable with the theoretical propositions. For the financing problems of SMTEs, based on the analysis of the causes, the paper points out that the development of relationship Lending is the potential solution.
