摘要：
Spillover effect in industry cluster plays an important role in regional economic development Synergic competition and coexistence is an important ways to promote industry optimization and upgrading. Industry cluster is a dynamic system in the process of synergistic development. This paper tries to analyze the control parameter and self-organization of spillover in the dynamic system of industrial cluster. We propose a model of synergistic development, synergic competition and coexistence on the evolution of synergetic spillover effect in industrial cluster.
