摘要
Complex mechanical systems are characterized by complicated structures and multiple components, which directly causes the complications of fault propagation and difficulties in fault traceability. Given the reasons above, in this paper based on the power device of underwater vehicle, nonlinear manifold Learning dimensionality reduction method has been applied in sensors placement, multi-parameter vibration anomaly comprehensive evaluation method based on one class SVM was studied, a case-based reasoning software system of abnormal vibration traceability for power device has been built, it is helpful to early detection and deal abnormal vibration caused by various reasons in production and testing process.
