摘要
We describe our first experiments with the erbium doped single-mode fiber amplifier. Although our results of the total gain obtained are not very impressive compare to the best achievements in this area, we decided to share our experience connected with designing, alignment and diagnostics of EDFA (erbium doped fiber amplifier).
