摘要：

Management innovation is one of the important factors to promote the development of China's telecommunication industry except capital, labor and technology advancement. It is of significance to measure the contribution of management innovation. In this paper, we improve the production function model of Tin Bergen, and then measure the contribution of management innovation to the development of telecommunication Industry's economy from 1992 to 2005. The results show that management innovation exerts great Influences on telecommunication industry and its contribution degree is increasing gradually.
