摘要
In this paper a quadratic programming based optimal power dispatch of a grid connected microgrid system is illustrated. Further a modification to the approach based on a predictive horizon microgrid dispatch is also discussed. The proposed architecture is tested on a grid connected microgrid model and results are compared. The comparisons of the proposed methodology illustrates that economic grid power dispatch based battery scheduling lowers the overall cost. Also it has been shown that the predictive horizon based approach reduces the long term cost with optimal scheduling of the battery integrated PV farm.
