摘要：

Optimal control problems governed by semilinear elliptic equations were studied. One particular solution to the problem was selected as state to deal with the corresponding optimal control problems and understand the sensitivity of state with respect to control. The selected solution of state was the local minimizer of the variational functional of the optimal control problems.
