摘要：

An improved local image enhancement algorithm can greatly improve image restoration fog effects, while the neural network to enhance the image of the fog, were used GA-BP, PSO-BP and RBF algorithm for image restoration fog, experimental results show that after the fog of such image restoration algorithm, both from a subjective or an objective evaluation of visual analysis compared with traditional algorithms have significantly improved.
