摘要：

Based on the Value-added theory, the paper analyzes the factors that lead to the group conflict events. On that basis, from the project management view, using the project life-cycle theory and the project stakeholder theory, analyzes the life-cycle and stakeholders of the group conflict events. Then, the paper combines the three essentials, and builds the three-dimensional model used for analyzing the group conflict events, concludes the analyzing route of the group conflict events, with the a specific case explains how to use the analyzing path.
