摘要
We had already done analysis of technologies capabilities for solving implementation and optimization problems of ATM cash and support management system. There are mainstream technologies to implement agent oriented systems (J2EE, JADE). A computational intelligence method ANN (artificial neural networks) solves cash forecasting problems. We made ATMs cash management optimization more sensible, via combination of agent technologies and ANN methods capabilities. Going further this article covers architectural issues of retail banking e-services business logic implementation by considering reasoning software agent's capabilities exploration and agent technologies integration into ATM cash management and support system.
