摘要：

This papers relies on international trade theory and the theory of the evolution of industrial structure, starting from the Classical theory of international trade, Neoclassical theory of international trade, Flying Geese Pattern and Product Life Cycle. It deeply probes into the interaction between International Trade and Industrial Structure, systematically analyzes that foreign trade promotes the upgrade of industrial structure, constructs relevant theoretical framework.
