摘要：
A novel compact ultra-wideband slot cut elliptical printed monopole antenna is proposed. The measured bandwidth (BW) from 1.6 GHz to more than 22 GHz (>170%) has been obtained. The gain, radiation efficiency and radiation patterns, over the entire BW, remain similar to that of a printed elliptical monopole antenna with reasonable agreement between simulated and measured results. © 2014 Wiley Periodicals, Inc.
