摘要：

To solve the employment problem of college students in agricultural colleges and universities is related to the development of the project of a system of the government, society, higher education and college students, is related to the healthy development of higher agricultural education and trust degree of the government, and is related to social stability, harmonious development. This article, based on the present situation investigation of the current China agriculture university students employment, has analyzed the factors affecting the employment of college students in agricultural universities on the aspects of the society, universities, college students themselves.
