摘要
The process of self-development is inextricably linked to the ability of the teachers to reflect. But in order to develop, they need to analyze their actions and understand, for example, what was the mistake in a particular situation: fault of the teacher or the student etc. Therefore, the article attempts to identify the ratio of pedagogical reflection, the need for self-development, and locus of control as the professional qualities of the teacher's personality. The assumption substantiates, that the psychological components of the highlevel reflection of the teacher are internal locus of control and a high need for self development.
