摘要
In order to completely carry out the Party's spirits of 17th CPC National Congress and the 9th Party Congress in Hubei and push the build of the resource-saving and environment-friendly society in Wuhan urban agglomerations, this paper considers the key of realizing the effective interactivity is the integration of the function and the resource. According to the author's investigation, one of the greatest characteristic resources within the region is the abundant water and soil resources. The integration management of water and soil resources can achieve the effect of energy saving and consumption reducing as well as environment protection. Based on the research, the integration management measures of water and soil resources are suggested.
