摘要
The generation after 1980 has become the main strength of the work force as time goes by. This thesis studies the relationship between the employees' job satisfaction that belong to the after-80 generation and their organizational commitment: Based on an online survey (285 participants), we studied the basic situation between job satisfaction and organizational commitments, and analyzed their relationship between them. The result shows that: (1) Job satisfaction was different from the after-80 generation due to job position. (2) As to organizational commitment, there are normative commitment differences due to gender, job position, and type of company, and affective commitment differences due to education background, and job position. (3) The organizational commitment can be an effective predictive variable for those employees' job satisfaction, with the job position as a moderate factor. The significance of these results is discussed to improve company management and the performance of individual and organization.
