摘要：

The evolution of the local educational network is described, from its origins to the present, together with all the achievements it has attained. Among them the School-Work Transition scheme is one of the main elements, which has also fulfilled the function of motivating and promoting the network coordination experience on behalf of the different local agents. The paper evaluates the experience, analysing the positive aspects and difficulties that emerged during the process, reflecting also on future perspectives with a follow-up of the network and the new projects in which it is involved, such as Plans d'Entorn or improving School Achievement.
