This process is in connection to the change of the social scheme of the professional career and professional identity correlation. As the most important element in such social scheme we highlight a development of professional career strategies. The results of the questionnaire survey and unstructured interviews on graduates showed us the changes in professional career strategies of young people which are typical for periods of the late 1990th and early 2000th.
