摘要
Nanowire array thermoelectric materials possess high thermoelectric transferring efficiency, so it is very suitable for making micro-cell with a microwatt output of power. Since the thickness of nanowire array thermo-electric materials are only in the range of ten to several ten micrometers, so the normal testing technology can't be used. We developed a new technology to test the thermoelectric performance of nanowire array thermoelectric materials. Based on the new technology, a new measuring system has been built up.
