Weavability is one of the most important properties, which describes weaving process. Threads breakage and fabric process ability depend on weavability. So, most technological and end-use properties of fabric are related to weavability. Considering these reasons, it is very important to determine and to estimate weavability during weaving process for fabrics from different raw materials, because in earlier investigations the assumption, that barrier weaving conditions depend only on fabric raw material and construction of weaving loom, was made. In this article the relation between cotton and polyester woven fabrics weavability under barrier weaving conditions, i.e. by weaving fabrics with maximum weft settings, was investigated. In this research relation between weave factor P(1), integrated fabric structure factor phi and maximum weft setting of both, cotton and polyester, woven fabrics was analyzed.
