摘要
Recently, there has been much interest for knowledge sharing in modem organizations, as successful knowledge sharing can result in shared intellectual capital. This study explores the relationship between knowledge sharing and affective commitment of professional staff based empirical data. Firstly, we developed a hypothesized structural model including knowledge donating, knowledge collecting and organizational/team/professional affective commitment; and put forward a series of hypotheses to guide our research also. Secondly, the model was tested using the data from 467 professional personnel working in Chinese high-technological firms and professional-services firms. The results of confirmatory factor analysis indicated that team affective commitment has strongly effected on both of knowledge collecting and donating; organizational and professional affective commitment has strongly effected on knowledge donating only, while has not significant related to knowledge collecting; moreover, professional affective commitment has strongly positive relations with organizational and team affective commitment, and organizational affective commitment has strongly positive relation with team affective commitment too.
