Solvency to the Development of the Listed Company of Construction Industry

The solvency not only relates to an enterprise's existence and development but also is a significant factor to judge an enterprise's state of financial management for reference. Compared with other industry, enterprises of construction industry have different characteristic in terms of daily operation. This paper gives an analysis to the solvency of some listed companies in construction industry based on their financial statements. At last, we draw the conclusion that shot-term liquidity has a more significant influence on enterprise future development than long-term solvency, and that enterprises of construction industry should pay more attention to improve their shot-term liquidity. llustrated by the portions given in this document.
