摘要
A 72-year-old woman presented with acute onset bilateral visual loss. She had no other symptoms or signs, but, had a complex past medical history including blood transfusions and immunosuppression. T2-weighted magnetic resonance imaging demonstrated bilateral occipital lobe vasogenic edema, consistent with posterior reversible encephalopathy syndrome (PRES). Her vision improved with conservative management. (Surv Ophthalmol 58:86-91, 2013. (C) 2013 Elsevier Inc. All rights reserved.)
