Mathematical Modeling of Gas Dynamic Processes on a Ballistic System

摘要
In this paper it is presented a mathematical modeling of gas dynamic processes on a ballistic system. In order to solve the partial differential equations of this mathematical modeling was used method of characteristics, elaborating interior ballistics software. With the aid of this interior ballistics software it is possible to study the variation of powder gases pressure and projectile velocity versus time and displacement as well as the system of waves. For an extant ballistic system, the theoretical results obtained with the aid of this interior ballistics software and the experimental data are compared.
