摘要
We investigate the optical absorption of a Silicon Nanowires array with radial Schottky junction by using COMSOL multiphysics. Surface of the SiNW are coated with thin film of Indium Tin Oxide to induce depletion layer across the nanowire surface for the photon absorption region then the SiNWs are arranged in hexagonal arrays with variation in SiNW diameter and lattice size. We focused on 850 nm wavelength in the near infrared region and found that SiNW array with smaller fill factor have highest responsivity..
