摘要
The ecological efficiency issue of 17 cities in Shandong Province in 2010 has been analyzed empirically and assessed in this article by means of Super-efficiency DEA model and Three-period DEA model. With comparative analysis, the current ecological efficiency development of all cities in Shandong Peninsular has been demonstrated, and the reasons caused the deficient ecological efficiency have been, from three aspects including exogenous factors, external environment, and stochastic error, worked out sufficiently, which can help the government to make decisions with reliable foundations, so as to guarantee to successfully achieve the goal of development project of Blue Economic Zone.
