摘要：
A new analytical model is proposed and constructed in this paper through studying the two-stage course and the marginal replication cost of information products. The economic nature of digital divide is uncovered and that is of the economic value and the allotment styles of information and knowledge. Based on the proposed model and taken China, America and Russia as examples, the empirical analyses are flexibly made and policy explanations for bridging the divide are given.
