With the rapid development and maturing of China's Meeting, Interactive tour, Conference and Exhibition (MICE) industry, Conference and Exhibition (C&E) education is receiving an unprecedented attention from various domestic C&E education and training institutes. However, present C&E education in China is still following the traditional education model, with an overweighting of theoretical systems and a lack of attention to practical operations. The Zhejiang University City College implements a characteristic talents training pattern with "Project Driven & Competition" for C&E education and it has become a creative way in current C&E education. This paper aims to introduce the college's idea and practice of talent training with competition mode for MICE Education.
