摘要
REDEEM is an ITS authoring toot that allows instructors to create simple ITS from existing CBT. In this paper we consider the application of REDEEM to Naval training. Two Subject Matter Experts created learning environments for Naval Cadets and Reservists. They did so operating within a very different context to our prior experience of authoring for the school classroom. In this paper, we consider if the adaptive pedagogical features that REDEEM provides are appropriate to the needs of adult trainers.
