摘要：
With China's foreign relations have become increasingly frequent, English has become an important bridge and link contact between China and the world. College English is one of the important courses of higher education, and how to enhance and improve the teaching model has been a problem for people to study and explore. This thesis is to investigate the college English teaching situation and the existing teaching model, as well as how to take advantage of the opportunity brought by the multimedia and network technology development. The new teaching model aims to deepen the reform of college English teaching, for better laying the foundation for the implementation of the English quality education.
