Research on the Physical Education in Colleges and the Practice of the Promotion of the Sports Health

The transformation of the eras has brought about the new wave of the teaching ideas in colleges and universities. The knowledge education is the main task of the higher education, but with the continuous popularization and development of the tide of the national fitness, more and more countries and people are paying attention to sports, and therefore, colleges and universities have to reconsider the course of sports. Strengthening the physical exercise is not only beneficial to the health status of the students, but can also help the students to face their life and work with a strong posture, to promote the all-round development of the youth in the new era. It is an urgent task to pay attention to the concept of the health sports, and promote the reform of the curriculum of the physical education in colleges and universities. Based on this background, with the implementation of the "Sunshine Sports" as the background, from the problems in the implementation of the sunshine sports in colleges and universities, the author of this paper puts forward the practical researches and the countermeasures on the promotion of the sports health in the university sports. The implementation and the smooth development of the sunshine sports in colleges and universities are related to the future development of the sunshine sports, which is also the key to enhancing the quality of the whole nation. Since the popularization of the sunshine sports in the universities of our country, some achievements have been made, but some problems need to be solved urgently in the actual promotion. Therefore, in order to better promote the solution of these problems, and promote the sports health, we must continue to improve and make efforts in the practice, as is discussed in the following.
