摘要
Due to multifunctionality PbSc1/2Nb1/2O3 (PSN) ferroelectric ceramic is attractive to solid state chemistry and physics as a promising material for active elements in different electronic devises. To study doping effect on the technological processing and proper-ties, ceramic samples of Pb(1-x)Z(x)(Sc1/2Nb1/2)(0.975)O-3, have been prepared, where Z are rare-earth elements. Ceramic characteristics, dielectric and optical parameters are reported. The perovskite structure of PSN is found to form in a complicated multistage process with several intermediate products,
