pH Effect on Structural and Optical Properties of Nanostructured Zinc Oxide Thin Films

摘要
ZnO nanostructures were Deposited on Objekttrager glasses for various pH values by chemical bath deposition method using Zn (NO3)2 center dot 6H2O (zinc nitrate hexahydrate) solution at 75 degrees C reaction temperature without any posterior treatments. The ZnO nanostructures obtained were characterized by X-ray Diffraction (XRD, UV). The structure was hexagonal and it was found that some peaks disappear with various pH values. The grain sizes of ZnO films increases from 22-to-29nm with increasing pH. The transmission of the films was (85- 95%).
