摘要
The paper discusses the transition from kindergarten to primary school as experienced by a kindergarten teacher. It further describes the preparation of children to enter primary school in the context of time and classroom composition. Partial results of a questionnaire survey are also presented here. The questionnaires were completed by kindergarten teachers (n = 123). The paper presents the experience of kindergarten teachers with child transition from kindergarten to primary school and possible influences on this experience. It also answers the questions of what importance is placed by kindergarten teachers on preparation for primary school, and what the main focus should be.
