摘要
This paper has proposed the concept of heterogeneity of team members based oil the literature review. According to the characteristics of team working and heterogeneity of team members, with the principal-agent theory, we have established a two-stage reward model for teams which are composed by heterogeneous members. Through the model analysis, we have mastered the influence Of various factors in the model to team members working effort and cooperating (or obstructing) effort at these two stages. Research shows the fixed wage designed oil the basis of member's ability in multistage will affect the individual's effort. Because of the team member's different satisfaction to promotion incentive, it would have different effects to different individuals in a team And the match degree between work and member's ability, the difficulty of cooperating (or obstructing) would also affect the effort of members.
