摘要：

Medicine is a discipline that combines science, thoughts and practices; medical students are desired to be equipped with moral and technical skills. Medical colleges and universities, as the base and cradle for training excellent medical professionals, play an important role in moral education. This article explores the ways to enhance the effectiveness of moral education in Medical Colleges and to cultivate well-rounded medical and health personnel, particularly in the "internet plus" era.
