Review of Research on FDI and Industrial Agglomeration Based on the Factor of Financial Environment

This paper will have a grounded analysis on the leading-edge research achievements in the area of FDI and Industrial Agglomeration, and a review of the theoretical development will be given, besides, summing up the relative empirical research of FDI and Industrial Agglomeration in the domestic range and beyond from the perspective of Spillover Effect and other aspects in recent years. On the basis of analyzing the restraining factors of industrial agglomeration caused by FDI, we have proposed a brand-new perspective-financial environment factor, which plays a vital role in the acceleration of Industrial Agglomeration that FDI acts on it. But the perspective has been often overlooked by economists. Undoubtedly, the further research on this perspective will have a profound significance upon China's research on this area.
