摘要
The secure and stable operation of power systems can be affected by the connection of a large scale of out-of-order electric vehicle (EV) charging loads, causing a much higher peak load. With the enormous development in the field of active distribution network (ADN), vehicle-to-grid (V2G) technique and demand management technique, electric vehicles are not only passive loads, but also controllable loads and energy storage equipments, as well as backup power. On a range of residential neighborhood, a model of EV charging loads simulation is proposed at first using Monte-Carlo method based on statistical data. An optimal dispatching strategy of EV charging loads considering energy storage characteristic is also proposed, which aims at minimizing the fluctuation of load profile under the constraints of EV travelling demands. Finally, the proposed method is tested, comparing between free charging mode, coordinated charging mode and V2G charging mode. The conclusion of simulation shows that V2G charging mode considering energy stored in batteries has the best indexes of system operation.
