摘要
The purposes of this paper is to research optimizing the teaching model to improve teaching effectiveness and stimulate interest in learning in science and engineering universities. Using the method of document study obtained related data to understand the problem. The conclusion is that Intellectual property law teaching should build efficient teacher-student interaction based on a clear teaching goal in science and engineering universities. Case teaching method can improve students' learning interest. According to the school different professional backgrounds, different emphasis of teaching is very important to cultivate composite talents. Designing Suitable teaching of intellectual property law system in Colleges and universities has a significant role to promote economic and social development. The innovation of this thesis lies in combination of the teaching of intellectual property law and professional background of the university.
