An initial-value problem for mixed functional-differential equations

A mixed functional-differential equation is a functional-differential equation for a function of several variables in which the derivative is taken only with respect to the variable that serves as the time variable. This paper is concerned with the initial-valve problem for different classes of such equations, in particular, with the possibility of applying the Fourier and Laplace transforms to linear equations and with the stability of these equations.
