摘要：

English teaching has its own characteristics, the English teachers in the professional ability, teaching methods and other aspects have special requirements, so it is necessary to construct a consistent with the characteristics of the discipline of performance appraisal system. On English teachers performance assessment is a complex, multiple criteria, multi-object decision evaluation problem, according to the method of analytic hierarchy process in accordance with the target layer, criterion layer index layer -- -- the order of English teachers performance assessment system framework, formed include attitude, ability, performance of 3 dimension and 10 specific indicators of performance appraisal organization structure system.
