摘要
This paper presents a systematic review of an outranked multi-criteria decision making (MCDM) method and its application for solving many complex real life issues. The method Technique for Order Preference by Similarity to Ideal Solution (TOPSIS) is discussed along with its strengths, weakness and area of application.
