摘要：

Chinese textile industry meets with new challenges in the post-quota era. It is an urgent problem to upgrade the international competitiveness of Chinese textile industry, adjust the industry structure and product structure, accelerate the industry upgrade and optimize the resource allocation. There is a huge distance in international competitiveness between the textile industry of China and that of developed countries. Only by solving these problems can China have advantages in the export and improve the comprehensive international competitiveness to achieve an energetic, healthy and sustainable development in the export.
