Research on The Undergraduate Cultivation Program of Applied Independent College - Take Yanshan College of Shandong University of Finance and Economics as an Example

The independent college is an undergraduate-level running school organized by ordinary undergraduate colleges according to the new mechanism and new model. It is a higher education institution operated by a private mechanism that combines the advantages of ordinary colleges and universities with high-quality social capital. Since 2014, the Ministry of Education, the Ministry of Finance and other departments have successively issued decisions and opinions on the transformation of local colleges and universities into application, and to clarify its guiding speculation, basics ideas and main tasks.What kind of talents are cultivated by independent colleges and how to train the talents needed by the society is the focus of the independent college education reform. Based on the reform practice of the undergraduate training program of Yanshan College of Shandong University of Finance and Economics, this paper designs a new undergraduate training program that meets the characteristics of independent colleges from the aspects of training mode,target orientation and curriculum structure.
