摘要：

The study of career planning capacity started from the investigation of current situation of career planning in Dalian district. Through the investigation and the statistical data, we found most of students had little career planning and desired for systematic and effective career planning. Therefore, there are urgent requirements for constructing a career planning system with the efforts of school, family, corporate and society.
