摘要：
Technology innovation is increasingly becoming a hot topic in today's economic globalization economy. The paper supposes international joint venture's technology innovation as process innovation, revises AJ model and makes Oligopolistic Markets Model of two stages. It compares profit and social performance of international joint venture in the condition of technology spillover and non-spillover between Chinese and foreigner partner. It draws the conclusion that tnowledge innovation can get much more benefit when spillover happens between partners.
