摘要
The three-dimensional intensity distribution of focused super-Gaussian beams with different orders is studied by using the generalized Huygens-Fresnel diffraction integral. Numerical calculation results and isophotes (contours of equal intensity) have been given to illustrate the focused field characteristics of super-Gaussian beams.
