摘要
This paper analyzes the relationship between work-family enrichment and faculty job satisfaction, as well as the moderating effect of human resource flexibility. Data were collected with surveys from teachers of Economics and Finance Faculty at Juan Misael Saracho Autonomous University. Results show that work-family enrichment is related to job satisfaction, while family-work enrichment is not. Furthermore, human resource flexibility moderates the relationship between work-family enrichment and job satisfaction, and it makes also relevant the impact of family-work enrichment on faculty satisfaction. Findings could help to design policies of work-family balance and human resource flexibility, in order to improve faculty satisfaction. (C) 2012 Published by Elsevier Ltd.
