摘要
After analyzing problems during the course of performance appraisal in business groups of China, a new performance appraisal method is proposed in this paper. Through establishing the visual markets among the critical procedures in business groups, the method emphasizes market and profit, and aims to strengthen employees' market awareness and coordination awareness, which are the most important factors in a competitive enterprise cultural.
