摘要
Like the PDCA (plan-do-check-assess) cycle, the Environmental Management System (EMS) abides a PICR (policy and planning-implementation-check and corrective action- review) cycle. Here demonstrated the dynamic cyclical process of the PICR cycle and the continual improvement principle of EMS by using the significant environmental aspect benchmark curve (B-SEA Curve) and significant environmental process benchmark curve (B-SEA Curve).
